Best story i ever heard about him (Idi) was he had some UN people over for dinner then half was through excused himself and came back with the severed head of one his generals. He then had a argument with the head and cut in in half with a machete.

He then asked his guests to leave as he wasn't feeling well.

Zimbabwe's guy is also a riot, bulldozering people houses whilst they are in them.
