The nerves help me though, the more nervous I feel before I play, the better I perform, its strange!

Nerves are for pussies haha! But seriously, I've never been nervous before a gig. I do find a need to shit a lot before I go on stage though - maybe that's the way my nerves manifest themselves. It's more likely due to beer and 'secret pre-stage dirty food' though.
