I am nearly a Colonel on Vegas 2, then it's just a final 50,000 XP grind to the epicness of ELITE! I'm still pretty terrible, but I will feel super cool once I'm an Elite.

Is that the gold elites with numbers? I wondered what they were, do you go up a number each time you get a certain amount of extra XP beyond elite?
