If it's in the latest issue it will be out tomorrow. I'll probably buy Metal Hammer instead. Maiden stickers! I feel like a twelve year old.

I won't be buying it. But someone on here will, and they'll bloody well upload that DT track.

You can hear samples of all the songs on the Kerrang website. And Metallica have pulled it off. The rest are all.... shite as expected.

Those clips are horrible horrible horrible! Even the Metallica one's ruined by the shitty shit shit drumming. It's really shit! The Trooper is horrible. Wrathchild is stupid. Machine Head's Hallowed makes me want to be sick everywhere because of Robb Flynn's voice, even though musically it actually sounds quite nice. And as for that Trivium version of Iron Maiden... my god, his voice is worse than Flynn's.
I'm going to forget I just listened to all that horrible horrible noise and carry on listening to Opeth. Wonderful.

Lars does an audio turd on that track your right. But James does have his voice better. I hated the Machine Head one the most of all.
Heres a minute of the Metallica one:

Re: Hallowed By Thy Shame
I listened to th Kerrang clips. I thought the most decent ones were probably Avenged Sevenfold (because it sounded quite accurate and they chose a less obvious track) and Gallows (because it had some identity to it and was quite punky), but overall this is going to be a total travesty.
