Re: NEBUKADNEZZA, Abadden, Aghast, HTB, STD & HLA
a great tuesday night out.glad i went.
good to see STD again after saturdays gig.once again a solid, tight performance.
Hang The Bastard were cool but for some reason only had time for 3 tracks.perhaps it was due to having a new bassist or something.still good though.
i didnt see the next 2 bands due to heading off to the chicken shop with Faraz.(as you do)
Nebukadnezza were amazing.i hadnt seen them play in a while so it was cool to catch all the new stuff they had to offer.
although they went on at 10:50,there was still a cool crowd who stayed for the duration and we even persuaded Nebz to play thrash bomb.Adrianos face was a picture when he had to sit back down at the drum set for another blast.
it was nice to see a fully recovered Donny giving it his all(in a healthier condition)

Yeh man, a good night, good chicken, but shame on the bands that were outside sitting in their cars during Nebu's set.
Whatever happened to showing mutual support...*makes disgruntled old man noises*

yeah, although its inevitable that after 11pm some people have to dash for tube connections etc,the fact there were still people loitering AFTER the Nebz set who could have been inside supporting was a bit of a shame.i know some bands have to travel far, pack up etc but it just seemed a bit weird.
i know we did disappear for chicken,BUT Nebz members watched/supported all the other bands.

Yeah good gig!
Man! ABADDEN blew that place away. Can't believe you guys missed them! Stefan and Caps will tell you they were fudgeing immense! Full on Thrash, wicked stuff, shame on you guys for leaving!
All the other bands were cool too, nice variation of styles, I drank a bit too much for a weeknight but still, great night out!
