Food

Postby charlotte on Fri Dec 07, 2007 10:12 am

As a bit of a southerner, I don't know Wakefield at all. Is there anywhere that me and Luke can get a bit of food before the gig? Preferably not just a chippie, but somewhere we can sit down and have a drink and a chill out before thrashing like maniacs.

Well there is a premier inn called wakefield city north that has a brewer's fayre pub next to it, just your run of the mill franchise but has food, booze and seats as requested.

It's a couple of miles from the snooty though so if you after walking distance I have no idea what is closest to the place.

Have car will travel! Distance isn't too much of a problem.

Cheers for that.

There is a takeaway almost just outside the venue for those who want something quick near the venue. Other food places i cant tell you where they are.

Not very far - probs about a 10 minute walk...under the subway and then just up the road.
