miller is my poison. i find i drink it really fast. John Smiths is gid as well. I used to be into the ales a while back hobgoblin, Spitfire and bishops finger being my favs

hahaha aye the pace of the boy's drinking is impressive although i had the shittest pint of miller yesterday at the cathouse. Tasted like pish. I'm still happy with the taste of Britain in a good can of Carling :D

man, McEwan is actually my fav beer ever, tho you dont get it in many pubs, i only have that when im getting drunk in the highlands lol

My guitarist got me into Old Speckled Hen last year, you can't really beat it - the creamiest ale I've ever tasted. Apart from that I usually drink John Smiths or Pedigree, I've gone off lager.

What the fuck are you on about!!! You can easily get McEwan's 80 or Tennent's Velvet (a better, smoother version of 80) in Midlothian!!!

yeah, a nice brew indeed.

However, the last time I had it in CAN form it was terrible. Me and my friend (warsaint on the forum) bought some beers before we went to see Maiden at Leeds last year, and some Speckled Hen cans were amongst our loot.

It was just awful, don't know why it was just disgusting, nothing like it is from a bottle. Maybe we got a bad batch or something, or maybe cans just ruin it!

I think cans are shit. I still drink em every day but nothing beats a good old frosty pint glass from ye olde pub. Or a bottle of something.
