Besides all things metal I'm a big film fan. Anything from Spaceballs to Romero's zombie trilogy. Can't beat Arnie films though. They don't make em like that anymore.
I used to like art and making animations and shit, but I got too lazy for that.
I collect knives. I've got a bunch of hunting knives and axes and shit.
Anything I like I pretty much start collecting. I'd have a big collection of air rifles and pellet guns if they weren't so fucking expensive, coz I like stuff like that.
I like playing computer games every now and then, but they don't seem to interest me as much as they did back in the days of the SNES.
Taking acid is a big hobby, but not something I do very often because it's hard to get hold of... And it probably eats away the brain! I've got some right now, but I'm saving it for a special occasion.
Driving around in the sunny weather is always cool too. I do that when I'm bored. Thank fuck it's sunny again!

I bet it did, I once inhaled concentrated ammonia through my nose, it was very, very unpleasant!

Imagine what it did to my eye then! They don't call me Mad Eye Moody for nothing.

So I guess that brings us back on topic, you have a career in film as well as music! Impressive.

Incidentally, I have acted in a number of short films that we did as projects while at school. Among my repertoire, I have played:

- An angst ridden goth.
- A person who gets killed in mysterious circumstances whilst peeling potatoes.
- A hobo (possibly my finest role).
- An ill-fated gangster, who gets shot in the head.

All the films were a success, except the gangster one, because everyone knows the last thing you do when you make a short film produced at school is make it a gangster film.

would that be because you hardly had to act? :P

The mysterious potato peeling one sounds intriguing...

In the film where I played a hobo, it was a story about some guy going on a big night out only to have it ruined by someone in the club calling him 'gay' (based on a true story). I had to be on the floor near the outside of the club and warn the guy who was going in, my line was something like...

"I wouldn't go in there if I were you mate, I used to be just like you - lookin' for an all-nighter-super-exciter, now look at me! You're doomed, DOOOOMED!!"

I had really long hair at that point and I was wearing really scruffy clothes, it was brilliant.

The potato peeling one was the film I directed, it was quite surreal and nobody apart from me really got it.
