The length of the interviews was set with the slightly wider Courier font in mind, so the pages would have looked fuller but when the layout was done in-house at Earache Verdana was used instead. I did ask for it to be changed but there was no time before it went to press.

I've seen an ad for the comp, I think the zines are only available from independent record shops, probably due to problems with attaching the zine to the CD.

Got the CD and the mag today. Good stuff.

I think I'm giving up on Terrorizer, I'm going to stick to Zines like ITZOE and Mass Movement for my info. Much more to my taste. I just don't have the money or the enthusiasm to read about a load of bands that are not either punk or thrash. It's odd, I don't want to limit myself in this way but it's too much like hard work. I mean, there will be other bands I'll be interested in (I want to get my grunge back on and pick up CDs by Ministry, Mars Volta, Witchcraft and possibly some ETID too...) but I don't need to spend 3.20 a month to hear about bands that I probably would like but will never motivate myself over.

TLaM sounds wicked even though I've heard most the tracks before. I didn't mind the drums on the new mutant track and the production on the whole was awesome. I think I preferred Tom's vocals on the earlier version however because of the punkier/more-human tinge, but the song overall has improved.

I spoke to Dig last night regarding why some people didn't get a zine when they brought the Thrashing... comp. It seems that the CDs and zines were shipped to all stores, it's just that some, probably the bigger chain stores, can't be bothered to give them out. Buy independent if you can!

I dished out a fair few at the Enforcer gig in Brum last night and might ask Dig for some more to give away. I hope everyone who wanted one got one!
