300, if you leave your brain at the door, is a well-put together war film. If you take it with you it becomes utter shit. Still, at least it can be entertaining. Don't matter how much you disengage your brain, Transformers will always and forever suck.

I got my SSS CD. Much better than the new Down and better than the latest MW. Good work. =D>

You are correct, 300 is just a massively entertaining slice of cinematic fun, it doesn't try to be anything other than it is, wonderful joy. Transformers is just the worst thing ever.

So what do you think of the new Down? I got the impression from your Facebook message that you probably weren't going to be too impressed by it. And I'm getting bored of MW now. I'd like to listen to more SSS. In fact, I need to listen to SMP even mroe. I might buy one of their albums.

EDIT: I just saw your post on the Down III thread, nevermind.

Not quite, Jon. I'm glad you have kept your mind suitably untangled from this film. I wouldn't buy it, personally.

I just love it. I wouldn't ever compare it to a real film but it's just great and hilarious, especially on a big screen really, really loud. It's at the top end of trashy Hollywood movies.
