SOUTHERN THRASH FEST???

How about this... have an all dayer at Bar Monsta or Purple Turtle with 7-8 bands all from the south of England(draw a line at no bands from north of, say, Birmingham?) with a d.j for between bands and for after the show. £4-£5 on the door sound reasonable? Maybe get Resilience to sponsor it along with Terrorizer? Set up a merch stall in the upstairs section of the venue and yer laughing :rockdevil:
