I'm genuinely gutted, all those bands it could have been.

Cradle of filth and Europe as headliners, gutted.

Apparently the Bloodstock organisers want the festival to eventually rival Download in size. Considering the kind of bands they get to headline, I wouldn't be surprised if that was actually true

Europe are good....not denying that, but im not sure they are headline material. Not when you are facing a huge amount of people there only knowing one or two songs. A singalong band would have been fun to close the night, say.....oohhhh...SAXON, who ARE playing and who are much bigger these days then europe.


I thought Europe were disbanded and dead tbh, was only untill i saw they wer playing shows that i was told otherwise, how odd

They had sebastian bach headline a few years back, and he was pretty damn good. Im not averse to having a "glam" band there. I say bring on twisted sister as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

.....No they didn't??? I was there and I don't remember In Flames being on anything Bloodstock related. They played Hellfest but didn't healine.

In flames played 2007 same year as Sabbat etc

Crappy headliners last year though for shizzles, I mean, Shitewish, Dummy Burger and.. the other one.

Bloodstock will never be the same because At The Gates won't be playing

I slept through ATG at Wacken, I think I only saw 6 bands the whole festival
