After much brainache, ive figured out all the possibile ways to devise the contest.
the number of players for a typical knockout tournament will be if 8,16 or 32 show up.
i got all other possibilities covered as knockout heats/leagues etc for anything between 9-30people.
either way itl be worked out and made clear on the day as i cant predict the precise amount.
we have from 12-5pm.
ideally all competitors will be there by 12.50 at the latest(so you have time to sign up,order a drink)
at 1ish i'll draw up the table/chart(for all signed in)then start the competition at half 1/2ish.
any players to arrive just after 12.50/before 1.10,might possibly be considered/added depending on the numbers already.
any players arriving after the competition begins will have to spectate/hang out as there has to be some kind of deadline/cut off point.
all spectators, friends, homies, groupies, pimps,ho's etc can show up throughout the day/whenever they want.
im not tryna make a ton of rules,we just dont want to end up wasting hours on the day figuring it all out.
im there 11ish.room will be ready for 12 so 12.50 should be enough time for anyone who gets delayed.
thanks to all for understanding
any questions PM moi,ta

hahahaha, thumb weights!!
blimey, Rik sounds like he's storming through his training regime though, I wonder if anyone else will have what it takes.
Can just imagine a Rocky style training montage...

I might watch story of ricky the day before as training.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Re: Streetfighter 2 tournament
After checkin the venue out i found that its much easier getting the tube to "chancery lane" tube station.
when you exit from 1 of 4 stairways(which are all close by whichever one you come out of)you will see an old fashioned black and white building.grays inn road is opposite this building(look for argos/next)then just follow it straight for 2-5mins and youll see the "yorkshire grey" pub on the left.
NOTE:it has had a new paint job and now has a darker green exterior rather than blue like in some of the internet pics.
if you get the tube to "holborn" then print or take a map/plan directions as its 10/15mins longer and not as straightforward (as i found out the hard way!)
alternatively try russells square as that is on another straight not far from the venue.

Re: Streetfighter 2 tournament
with me not being on facebook/myspace/bebo etc(probably due to being on UKThrash all the time!)a while back on this thread Atom posted a comment about making a "facebook thingy"(not long after i had posted the details for this tournament.)
as my brother is always on facebook,a few days back i told him to type in/search streetfighter/bonestorm just to see what comes up.
an amazingly-brilliant event page under the name of "bonestorm fest 1" came up full of info, details and cool facts.
a huge thanks is in order to Atom/Tom Ludlow for taking the time to create this,so THANKYOU that was real Bonestorm of you!
i see it has been a huge help in spreading the word and gathering more competitors.
i realise a few forum members have seen it/confirmed on there etc already.
for those who havent yet OR for more details/maps etc.....CHECK IT OUT!

Re: Streetfighter 2 tournament
I'm still debating whether or not to come down for it...
I'm going to
Tear your fuckin' eyes out,
Rip your fuckin' flesh off,
Beat you 'till you're just a fucking lifeless carcass,
Fuck you and your progress,
Watch me fucking regress,
You were made to take the fall,
Now you're nothing!!
