My housemate's from Lichfield and he's got a brummy accent. He tries to hide it because he's from a middle class family but it all comes out when he's drunk. Frankly he's a dick. I'd think that of all Lichfield people if I didn't have another friend who's also from there, who's fuckin ace. She's got an accent too, more of a general midland accent though.

By the way, I'm pretty sure Lichfield and Litchfield are 2 different places
