How is that possible?

No, Arnie film has impressed me a lot, but I haven't seen Total Recall and that might do, I don't know...

What about the mighty Predator??? That film is undisputably well made, Arnie isn't too shit either! :P

Total Recall is awesome too!!!! Arnie is just a legend, he's fucking hardcore, shit at acting, but all the films he's in are just great, even all the shit ones

Snakes on a Plane was alright I thought, a bit OVER-silly (Yes, I know it's supposed to be a bit stupid, but some bits were just totally crap), and the acting is terrible at times too :P It was a fairly enjoyable watch, despite all the amazo-super hype it received prior to opening (mainly because Samuel Jackson had a huge hand in making it), it seemed to disjointed overall, but funny nevertheless!

Anything with Jackson in is pretty much a winner, he usually gets casted alongside other greats (PULP FICTION especially)!!!

My favourite bit in Snakes on a Plane was when all the lights in the plane went out and you can hear this stupid voice go "It's the snakes!".

Haha, priceless.

For some reason I found the bit at the end when Mr Jackson jumped on to the slide thing off the plane hilarious. I don't know why. The way he jumped just made me laugh very much. And the bit where the not-very-nice business man threw the dog to the snake, that was brilliant! I was laughing my bloody face off.

Caps, if you see Total Recall and think it's great after saying Terminator 2 isn't amazing, you are mentally hilarious. However, i can't imagine this will be the case. T2 has always had a special place in my heart, I used to watch it every day when I was younger, it's so amazingly made, it's epic (sort of), fairly sad (but also humorous at the same time unfortunately), the music is amazing, and the atmosphere is wonderful. It's just such a great sci-fi film. It's no point comparing it to real films like Apocalypse Now for example, in that respect no film with Arnie can ever be called even 'fairly above average'. But compared to other films of it's caliber, T2 is a great film, it still stands the test of time and hardly looks or feels dated at all, and Arnie, well, he isn't that bad. Like you say, as in the first Terminator film, he doesn't really have to do any acting, he just has to look hard, which is why it's the perfect role for him.

T3 on the other hand, is another story altogether. What a crying shame.

The films are in a different league. Alien is one of the best films ever made. Predator is amazing but it's not exactly in the top 50 films ever made.

I watched that the other night for the first time since it came out at the cinema. It's really not as badly made as I remember it. It's just such a pointless and unnecessary film. It actually undid the development of the story achieved in T2.

Predator is quite a good film, can't say much against that. Very much of its time but still pretty fucking cool. I haven't seen Alien (I have been deprived of some must-see films. It was only a couple of years back I finally saw The Godfather trilogy and I still haven't watched all the Exorcist. I am sure there are more obvious ones than that but I can't think off the top of my head).

Jon. If by 'epic' you mean 'pointless' and by 'sad' you mean 'shit' then it is 'epic sad', big time. It is not a great sci-fi film.

Caps, you hurt my feelings.

I definitely agree that T3 is pointless and unnecessary, and basically has the audacity to try and render T2 irrelevant, which angers me. The bloody idiots. They should've made a sequel to Junior instead.
