just to let you all know i had a mini heart attack this morning coz i rang the place and they said they dont open sundays but then i spoke to the owner/the guy who let me use the place and he said DONT WORRY.its all still going ahead,but he said the pub has been closing on sundays for the last month,but he and another member of staff will be opening the upstairs for us.PHEW!
i had a bit of a to do with him about thier lack of communication,and was very annoyed but we came to an arrangement and its all sorted.
he had to understand the position i was in.and the fact is that if i hadnt contacted them for some last minute general questions,i/we would have probably turned up to an empty,locked pub.
i woulda probably cried,then when you lot arrive,id say sorry and ask who would like to help me brick the windows

there are two sets of doors/entrances.one will be shut but dont fear,a poster/sign will be up with an arrow saying which entrance to use.

players/competitors be there from 12 and no later than 1 please.as the entrance doors downstairs will eventually get bolted by half 1.
