You could always go to the Big Red, or the Gaff, not as big as the clubs and not open as late (which is the main pisser) but sometimes the Gaff has wickid bands playing and has a last man standing policy of serving drinks for as long as people are drinking! (that I think you'll appreciate Steve  )

The Big Red is a cool rockabilly pub (An Arsenal pub as well, whey!) Lots of fit tattooed chicks and a decent jukebox.

I went to a glam bar in Soho once called Decadence... it was alright, at least there were girls there. Don't know if it's still around. As far as clubs go, Glam is FAR preferable to RnB in my book, especially when you are totally hammered.

Glam clubs are rubbish.

You literally can't tell the girls and guys apart unless you touch them all.

Crobar is the place to be, all these places that advertise "rock and metal nights" are a load of shit and always play the same generic music, crobar has a wicked dukebox too!! one of the bouncers is a knob jockey but the other guy who is there most of the time is cool.

If you like small sweat boxes that play metal and have leaky roofs, then go to the Cro-Bar..

Crobar is horrible, you have to pay about 4 quid to get in (after 10pm I think), then you pay about that much every time you want a drink, if you manage to squeeze your way past all the sweaty dreadlocked 'alternatives' to reach the bar that is. The music is nothing to rave about either, half the time you'll find people hollering to predictable 90s metal. The Intrepid Fox isn't much better but at least there is no entry charge, and the music can be fairly decent if there is a good DJ.

Yeah the Garlic & Shots also suffers from the sweatbox atmosphere, especially in the basement, but it's an alright little hole I suppose, before moving on elsewhere. I remember being asked to leave there once because I was sipping a McDonald's Coke - fair enough I suppose!

You rebel James!
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Thank the Police coming straight from the underground...
