Re: Technologies!
Not sure taking the Macbook to the beach is the best move, given your record...!

I've not read any posts before James's, but if you take your laptop (whoever it is) on the beach, you're a cunt.

Re: Technologies!
I think he was just summarising the good things about Aberystwyth, rather than listing the ingredients of a successful outing there... I hope so anyway.

Re: Technologies!
I was actually considering it, but only in a semi-serious way. We'll probably spend tomorrow on the beach anyway if the weather's good enough. In any case, I wouldn't take it anywhere near the sea and the beach is pebbly rather than sandy so there's not much chance of sand getting in any of the casing.
But yeah, I was actually listing the great things about being in Aber, not actually planning to take the MacBook to the beach

Few arty shots of the beast because I was bored last night. I also upped the RAM to 8GB now, because Vista is a greedy fucker - plus 4GB was £50 on eBuyer so I thought "meh, might as well"

I love how the [Classified Data Protocol activated] uses pictures of your computer's inside for a futuristic techology vibe. And it does actually look awesome!
