been tryin to open the gamma bomb thread but keep gettin general server error on the first page but not the second for some reason. strange!!!!!!!!!!

I've now found that all of the speed and image issues are actually linked to the same problem - namely that the code I wrote to resize the images is badly bloated, so all of the speed/image/server problems are now being handled from one thread:
