What about the sand and the heat? Don't forget you'd probably have been sent before civilisation had taken off their so you'd be chased by naked black people a lot.

Fuck that!
I hate the heat. You have to take measures so as not to smell like a Turk and sitting in a swimming pool all day isn't always an option. Plus, I knew tons of Aussies at Uni and none of them were as hot as Pepper from Neighbours. It's just propaganda to make us think that Australia is no longer and horrible prison colony fool of crippled beggars and whores.
