Clutch are brilliant and I think the new bluesy edge they've incorporated in the last few years is even more brillianter.

The only clutch record I've ever heard was some EP on earache from a long time ago - needless to say it rocked.

They got much better than that. Try Pure Rock Fury.

I love Pure Rock Fury. Luke hates it, so the only time I ever get to play it is in the car or when he's out setting up Reanimator for the evening... :rockdevil:

I saw them a couple of years back co headlining with Corrosion of COnformity...they were damn awesome. Pure rock fury and blast tyrant are good. i realy like the stuff on pitchfork and lost needles too, tho i thought the latest album was pants, but i knew this before listening to it as they were on the cover of kerrang, therefore they'd clearly gone pants, or maybe kerrang curses good bands?

I saw them live once because The Sword were supporting. They were pretty good but their set seemed to go on for a thousand years, and then a harmonica player came on

Luke hates obvious bluesy influences in music. He's very specific about what he likes.

Saw Clutch on the CoC tour, and really enjoyed it, although that had nothing to do with the vast amounts of Newkie Brown I consumed or the fact that I turned into a total CoC fangirl as soon as they stepped on stage... (blush). Could have done without all the Dimebag worship though.
