I think the Heaven &Hell album is really good but it takes a few listen to fully enjoy it.

Hmmm.... I'm bored of it now, after 4 or 5 listens. Bible Black is the best song, Double The Pain is good, and there are a few good tracks, but it's all just so... boring. It's actually exactly what I expected it to be before I heard Bible Black. Then after hearing that song I got excited thinking 'Oh my god this actually is going to be amazing!', and then got disappointed as it was how I originally thought it was going to turn out anyway. A shame. I haven't watched the DVD yet, but I will do soon.

Dio will never stop rocking. That's the best thing about this album actually, despite the (in my opinion) mostly boring music, everything sounds great and everyone performs very well indeed (although I'm not a big fan of Vinnie Appice's drumming). Iommi is on fire, especially in the solo section of Bible Back, he bloody destroys the universe in that bit. And Dio, my goodness me, the majesty and glory in his voice is beyond words. He is a true king of wizard lords.

Vinnie Appice is AMAZING...ha ha
