I love my Sodom, and my Destruction, and my Kreator! In an order that constantly changes depending on my mood

Tankard have always been a very consistent band, without entering the higher echelons of thrash, so have never really been under pressure to perfom, maybe this is why they just plod along producing good solid fun thrash. For me the song "empty tankard" is the best track they did, but out of the first 4 albums, i couldn't pick a fave TBH.

I found a best of by em in a local music shop for just 1.99. It's reall good but they do seem a bit/very one-dimensional. Empty Tankard is a fucking antehm though. Hair of the Dog, it's called.

Bargain!!!! Yeah, they don't vary much in the style, but the songs themselves are all worth a listen I find, however memorable the tracks are or aren't! Tankard are just full-on thrash, through and through!!!
