I can't believe any hasn't mention them. Come on Jamie, back me up on this one. If you like crossover, you'll love these guys. 'Brazil' is one of the best crossover albums ever.
Other names people have forgotten:

Wehrmacht - their first album 'Shark Attack' is still one of the fastest, and they were singing about Sharks and booze back in 1987.

Cross Examination - new blood, just sound awesome.

Carnivore - Pete Steele's band before he got all morbid and started Type O Negative.

Carnivore are fucking amazing.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Speed Metal is just a cross between Power Metal and Thrash. Occasionally with a tad bit of NWOBHM.
