Wasnt Dittohead the only all - out fast song on that album? I got it on vinyl when it came out, listened to it a few times and lost interest.

Divine Intervention rules! It's got some fast as fuck songs on there, and the slower ones like "213" are evil as fuck.

It would probably be my favourite Slayer album if the older ones weren't so fucking awesome... That didn't make any sense.

In reverse order, my Slayer favourites (official album releases only - no ep's, demos or bootlegs):

10. Undisputed Attitude
9. Diabolos in Musica
8. God Hates Us All
7. Divine Intervention
6. Christ Illusion
5. Show No Mercy
4. South of Heaven
3. Hell Awaits
2. Seasons in the Abyss

1. Reign in Blood.

Thing is though, I don't dislike any of the lower ones. It's more a case of which is the least brilliant.

I go through phases with Slayer. Sometimes I can't be arsed with them but then I get into them again and realise they're the best. A couple of weeks ago me and Chris were driving to Manchester and I put Reign in Blood on. It practically made me cum my pants. I've been watching loads of Slayer live footage on Youtube recently as well. They're awesome.

I do that going through phases with bands thing. It was Slayer a few months ago, then Overkill, then Sep's Beneath the Remains, then Joe Satriani, then Shark Island (lol), then Crowbar last month and now I'm on my early Cannibal Corpse albums phase again. It all loops round, like a viciously good circle of metal!

I get that with Slayer aswell, except Hell Awaits is more likely to get a spin since I lost my RiB cd  although I listened to Altar of Sacrifice the other day and it made me crap everywhere... :rockdevil:

What about Decade Of Aggression? One of the top 3 live albums ever in my opinion. No matter what you tell me, Slayer are the finest metal band ever. No contest. Sure they've had their low points but who hasn't? They've consistently delivered over the last 20+ years and in concert on their day they have no equal. Pure class. They also have the best metal drummer ever. :rockdevil:

Yeah Lombardo is better than everyone. If you don't believe me, watch the video of them playing War Ensemble at Download 2005. It's not even funny how good he is.

Mason is a prick. Honestly i wish he wid just fuck aff and die, im sick of lookin at wee mongo's around Glasgow aged about 10-14yrs old with manson shirts, hangin about steps lookin all fuckin depressed like they hate life!

Anyways, clearly this double billing is mearly a money spinner, but agreed it is poor show on slayer part touring with such a twat. If this tour made it over to the UK id definately NOT go.

Id say my fave Slayer album wid be decade of aggression - all the songs sound well good on it, such a great compilation! But as for individual releases, prob Seasons. Hell awaits is always a good laugh tho for the absolutely grim guitar tone on it! DIGIDIGIDIGDI! hahahaha
Clearly im more built than you.
