I am going to confess to being a Meatloaf fan. I saw him live in Leeds a few years ago. However I only really the the Bat Out Of Hell albums. without the talents of Jim Steinman the man is nothing.

and as for Maltloaf you do need a little bit or butter on there.

But this is a thread about Meat Loaf, which is even nicer than malt loaf. A nice big piece of meat loaf with some lovley tomato-like sauce over it for ultimate Italian fun. Wonderful and delicious.


Same recipe but make smal balls with the mince mixture and make swedish meatballs. Just as nice but cooks quicker! Mmmmmmmmm
