Doctor Death will never do a Grim Reaper cover for the simple fact that it is far too hard to choose between them, we have started before and its always the same, get to the chorus and then somebody says "oh fuck man lets do..." ad infinitum. I think the only way we can do a cover is by covering their whole discography.

This is a lovely idea, but one that should please god stay hypothtical. especially the idea of a 2nd bangers and thrash. to be honest i don't think its really a necessity as it was a few years ago, now it would be nice for those involved plus a hand ful of fans, but its more of a nostalgia thing. The ground work has been done for UKThrash bands to go out their and do there thing without people going "ohhh Thrash! wow! Radical!" people know its there now.

A covers album is a great fun for sure, but i'm not doing it! hahaha

Ok how about as an alternative.

There is that stars in there arse thing (what ever its called) covers night with thrash bands on soon which is sure to be funny. Couldnt we just get some more bands on that, rip the audio off of the soundboard (thats possible right..??) and just bootleg cd's to whoever wants them?

I could try and steal some mics or a nice camera from uni and we could record it hahahaha

Be Quick Or Be Dead by Iron Maiden would be a good song for a thrash band to cover.

Tbh I was actually semi-serious when I originally posted this. I can probably half-inch the studio at my old school for nothing and engineer it myself (not done much in the way of recording for a few years mind, so I might need a test subject :P) - if people don't mind driving to Witham (postcode CM8) to record. Obviously because of royalties and all that crap we wouldn't be able to sell the result, but it would be a cool project to do no?

Not sure about timeframe, I could realistically do something in March/April when I'm back in Essex for Easter, but apart from that it'll be during the summer, so who's up for it? :)
