I want to watch that Bronson movie.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Thank the Police coming straight from the underground...

Slumdog Millionaire was good, the boys' life stories provided for good film fun, but it definitely was a tad overrated. I think the Academy probably wanted to prove they weren't racist by giving loads of Oscars to the film. I still thought it was good, but bloody hell, The Dark Knight and The Wrestler could've at least been nominated. And Changeling, that was hardly seen at the Oscars this year, that deserves all the Oscars Slumdog won!

The Wrestler, Changeling and Gran Torino were all far better than Slumdog, basically, and would've been much more deserved of the hype that film got. And you're right about Quantum of Bollocks. What a bloody disappointment that was.

aaaghghaghah I saw Watchmen! I wouldn't go mad and say it was amazing just yet though, I think I need to see it again because it was insane and I haven't read the novel... but Rorschach is fucking amazing! What an amazing character, and Dr Manhattan was good too. The main fault I had though was that the rest of the characters, or rather, the actors, were a bit... meh. I don't know, they just didn't have any screen presence I thought (although, as previously mentioned, Silk Spectre... djhflsdkjfhakjsdfd). The whole bit with Rorscharch (how do you pronounce his name again? I've already forgotten) in the prison was amazing. It was all a bit mental. Like there was too much going on for one movie. Half of it was full of origin stories for all the main characters. I don't know, I feel like it didn't quite fully work as a movie, even though I haven't read the novel yet. But still, I've never seen a film like it, and really want to see it again to understand it a bit more. The main plot was simple enough, but it was such a huge film to digest in one sitting. But overall, nice.

It was the first time I've been to the IMAX too, and it's amazing! The screen is huge and lovely, and the sound is wonderful. I nearly came in my pants when I saw the Killzone 2 advert so massive and big.

Speaking of Watchmen (therefore speaking of Alan Moore) I watched League Of Extrodinary Gentlemen last night. Top stuff.

The League film isn't anything like the books though sadly

Also has anyone heard that they are remaking Drop Dead Fred with Russel Brand as the imaginary friend
INTO THE REACTOR!

Yeah, its so amazing. The bit where yer man is looking for the alien, and then he climbs down the ladder and suddenly you see the mother next to him going 'gahahagahaghaga!' is one of the scariest things ever. So amazing, and so much better than any horror movie I've seen ever. I'm so glad i finally watched it!

Check out Aliens now, it's equally brilliant.
