I read somewhere that he wasn't going to sign to anyone? I think it was the thrashing like a maniac zine. Fuck it, I'd do it!

He said he would wait until a deal that suited him came along. I guess one did! Good luck to him I say.

Re: Toxic Holocaust
I dont like that interview with him. Not the questions, but his anwsers.
"Toxic Holocaust and Municipal Waste are the main reason why thrash is as big as it is now."
Thats not really true anyway, and if it was fully true, itd be mainly Municipal Waste, not him really.

God, no. It was written to accompany the Thrashing... compilation, although Dig did say I was more than welcome to do another.

Is there? First I've heard about it, but I'm often the last to know.

Re: Toxic Holocaust
Earache can exclusively reveal on this forum, yep we are working on a follow up to TLAM- for release early 2009.The thrashing like a maniac comp wasn't the first comp of new thrash bands around- many of the bands on it were infact previously featured on UK Resilience records "Bangers and Thrash" 2006 cd and USA's Heavy Artillery comp "speed kills..again!" 2007.Do yourself a favor & Check them out!
The TLAM2 will have a slightly slower tempo and a smidgeon of NWOBHM influence and we currently plan to have it showcase a whole slew of brand new up and coming bands, and none - or very few- from the first TLAM will appear because we decided its better to use the space for new faces. BTW, Crucifier were on the japanese edition of TLAM (Perfect Crime records)
Some of bands mentioned in this thread are on our wish -list and pretty obviously need to be featured, but we havent officially approached anyone yet, that will start soon.
We hope you guys will appreciate and support the new TLAM in the new year, as you did our first one, its appreciated!
http://www.earache.com has a form where bands can submit their myspace page details- click on contacts section, fill in the fields and send it to us, it really is the best way to let us know about your band.
thanks
