At the risk of being told off again, does any one else just give up on trying to decipher the vocals of certain Death Metal bands, e.g. Suffocation, and just hear want they want to hear? I find it rather amusing.

I can never hear the vocal is death metal bands. I just make silly sounds when I sing along.

I school friend mis-heard Master Of Puppets as Masturbating puppies, mind you he was a big Billy Idol fan at the time.

Reminds me:

I heard Master of Puppets before pretty much any other Metallica song and didn't know what it was called. Until I went out and bought the album [those were t'days] I thought he was shouting, 'BASTARD! BASTARD!'

There are so many....

Megadeth - Addicted to chaos, the last part of the song is sounds like he sings 'addicted to gay arse'

Megadeth - Reckoning Day, at 00:50 it sounds exactly like he sings 'I like the way that you poo yourself'

Death - Misanthorpe, at 01:10 it sounds like he sings 'somebody's farted'

i'll post some more when i can remember them, i know so many!

On the song Beneath The Remains there's a lyric that sounds like 'white speck on my pubes' i think it's the 2nd line of the 2nd verse but i could be wrong. Dunno how far into the song it is as i can't be arsed looking.
