Judas Priest, Megadeth, Testament UK tour

Re: Judas Priest, Megadeth, Testament UK tour
It was a bit of a shame when I saw them. Well, Faraz thought it was amazing (just as well considering how much he bloody spent on it), but I just wasn't feeling it. Perhaps it was ruined by the playing of boring new songs, but even when they played Hangar 18 and Tornado of Souls - which I had been waiting for so long to see live - I felt a bit disappointed, like I had to force myself to get into it. I don't know what it was, but they just seemed to lack something that night. And we were out the venue by 9.20pm, it was still light, jesus bloody. Anyway, seeing them with Priest I think will be really quite unbelievable and hopefully much better. Hopefully they'll have a shorter set and include less new songs and just play Hangar 18 10 times.

Yeah, well that's the thing, I can't really argue with you because I still can't really put my finger on why I didn't enjoy it that much. Maybe I just wasn't in the mood for Megadeth or something. Which would be silly.
