of course you can re-heat meat. just make sure its really hot

I would imagine there is some truth to it, rice holds a lot of water after all.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

It's also to do with how you store it after it's already been cooked. My boss always used to warn me about it, so I'm just assuming it's dangerous. Either that or she thought I was a mong.

There's no risk in cold rice, it's if you reheat, that's where the danger begins. But Chinese food is delicious and that's the main fact.

actually cold rice is deadly hot or not. its bloody hell mate. so you better watch out, straight outta tha freezer yeah or up from da microwave ting. DANGER!
