club's will always be fucked cos they're run by un-metal retards. and when you do get a metalnight it's some goth and glam shizzite.

anyhoo, I love piece of mind, even the 'shit' songs are fucking amazing, to tame a land, oh my stan. fucking metal bliss!! Alexander The Great would make me have babies live on stage.

Yeah, To Tame A Land is a bloody masterpiece, and one of the hardest songs to play on the bass because of the second have of madness. You need unbelievable stamina in your fingers to be able to play that song all the way through without stopping.

Yeah I ordered two tickets, not sure yet if I'm definately gonna go, if I go Wacken I might not bother with Twickenham but I might not go Wacken so I got tickets for Twickenham just incase.

Awesome!  :rockdevil:

So who here is going then? So far it's me, James, Stu, Steve, Darkweasel and Mazz.

How's this for a bit of forward planning - pre-gig drinks anyone? :D

Why not.

The only downside of this gig is that it's starting to look more and more like there's going to be only one support band.
And it's Lauren Harris.

Would it be so hard to rope in some old boys like Saxon, Diamond Head or Cloven Hoof to support, instead of fucking mediocre Lauren Harris?

Not that I'm at all surprised, it just pisses me off endlessly. Priest got the Scorpions, Maiden get posers or family members!

It seems that Maiden are into the younger kids these days. A bit like someone of small height on this forum.
