Cardiff centre is full with a hell of a lot of uni students, nearly everyone from my college was going to Cardiff uni, i don't think there's actually that much meeting of welsh people involved :lol:

Sounds like the West End of Glasgow. It's like a Glasgow from a parallel universe in which everyone can speak well and isn't perpetually hammered. Mind you, get on the Underground and you're instantly reminded of how much of a dump the place actually is.
