This is news to me.

She took over for a couple of series while the other actress went to college or something.

We are also forgetting Nancy.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Good think about Heather Graham is she doesn't mind getting them out. She's done some pretty good sex scenes in a few films she's been in. I think you even see her muff in one of them.

That one when the guy shags her on the floor but stops because his cat is watching them is particularly good. The guy totally cracks her head off the bookcase and everything.

Lucky cunt.

Having researched the subject further, I can confirm that you get a fleeting glimpse of her pubis in Boogie Nights

I like the desperate little "I'm over 18" button on that

Scrubs is ace, though I do grow a little tired of the morals. The songs they play aren't always great, but they do seem to get good songs to fit the scenes. That overkill one's pretty good. The one thing that does really annoy me, though, is when JD starts a sentance with the words "In a hospital" or "As a doctor". It's like "In a hospital you can always count on the ever-changing rosta of new faces" or "As a doctor you have to learn to think on your feet". It makes it sound like that's the only time in life that rule ever applies. Shit, most of the things that follow those words apply to sound engineers, amongst others. I'm always meeting new people, and I can't even remember the amount of times I've had to do on-the-fly repairs, wierd re-routing, and equipment improvisation. It's pretty condesending, being that many of us will never become doctors.

Rip your fuckin' flesh off,
Beat you 'till you're just a fucking lifeless carcass,
Fuck you and your progress,
Watch me fucking regress,
You were made to take the fall,
Now you're nothing!!

I don't like the format of the moral part of Scrubs. I reminds me of either Animaniacs Tiny Toones - I can't remember which - where they stood about and talked of the moral of the story. This, whilst suitable for a cartoon whose target-audience is seven year-olds, is, in my opinion, a bit too blatant for a sit-com. My Name Is Earl does a similar thing but it's generally much, much better than Scrubs.

To be fair, they do nail a lot of the best production and scripting elements in American sitcoms today. For instance, the episodes titled "His Story #" or "Her story #", when JD touches whoever's telling the story at the start of the episode and it changes over to you hearing their thoughts for that episode. And all the imagination scenes, much better than the likes of family guy (mostly in that they are relevant).
