Correct. For the most part I fucking hate haters. I like Paramore, (older) Funeral For A Friend and Killswitch Engage and I don't give a toss who knows it. People who get their opinions from others are just really shit people.

I dislike bands, but I also dislike by experience, rather than opinion or reputation. I've listened to Funeral For a Friend and Trivium when they supported Maiden at Earl's Court and based on that, I don't particularly want to listen to them again.

Same with Avenged Sevenfold who have been announced as Maiden's support for the European leg of the '08 tour - I asked a friend to send me a few tracks to find out what they're like, and I didn't like what I listened to.

I've also been subjected to My Chemical Romance and Puddle of Mudd by flatmates with exactly the same result, so my opinions are based on experience rather than the general "they're shit" opinion.

There are two bands for me:

Maiden and Manowar.

True heavy metal is better than anything else. Ever.

Probably just going along, I don't mind some of BFMV songs of what I've listened too some are unbearable but some are alright.

There's a song by BFMV that has amazing drums. The rest of course, is gash.

Obviously i have listened to more than one song, you can;t escape the cunts. I dislike them because them sound like teenagers pooing into a rattle.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

I said it before and I'll say it again with a bit extra.

Tool
Opeth
Iron Maiden
Judas Priest
Black Sabbath
King Crimson

Other things I consider unbelievable but not as favourite as these boys but still quite favourite are:

Godspeed You! Black Emperor
Jethro Tull
Porcupine Tree
Witchcraft

And just for your information, I'd never put a thrash band in my favourites list, because thrash is too conventional a genre to please me on all forms, despite the fact I'm in a wonderful thrash band that I love more than my arse (although we're not just thrash so it's better for my face).

Too lazy to post every band. Again Motorhead, you should all go and listen to 70's motorhead this minute.
