Much better when they used to finish with Testament's COTLOD and Suicidal Tendencies War inside my Head.
I seem to remember going to some sort of release party/gig in Manchester when they put Ghostbusters out. Very faint memories of free copies or Tshirts being given out. Oh I can't remember. Must have been smashed for a change

The test pressings and promos had a different cover to the actual release and it was the ghostbusters film logo for ghostbusters 2 but instead of the ghost holding up 2 fingers as the warner bros version, Xentix's was giving the middle finger It was dropped when the film company started proceedings to sue them!!!

most metal is at least tongue in cheek lyrically surely. Joke metal is having fun making music and laughing with your mates whilst entertaining others. what's wrong with that?

What's pointless about 'joke' metal... I'd rather call it silly thrash or something anyways
It's only the attitude that's that way and the people are able to write decent songs!!! They just can't be arsed with all this 'I'm Metal, gotta be all serious about it' malarky... Like Rager... except we don't just write silly songs, although it would be incredibly fun!!

Can you even read, Martin??
If anyones a joke it's Heretic, and you're too stupid to realise that most people on here hate them

Yes, I'm an English student, I'm forced to read more books than most of you will in your entire lives.
People hate Heretic? That may be so, but like it or not you've all heard of us.

Martin, I know the old saying goes "there's no such thing as bad publicity", but that's absolutely not the case when it comes to bands. You can act like an egotistical twat all you want and hype up your band into something it's not, but when people come to know the name 'Heretic', it will be for all the wrong reasons. Do you honestly want your band to become known solely by your actions and opinions?
If I come across a Heretic CD on a rack in some music store, I won't associate it with the music you play (no matter how good or bad it is). I'll probably associate it with 'that prick off UK Thrash', and will proceed to put it down and walk away. I bet there are other people on this forum who would do the very same.
You're doing your band no favours.
