was that directed at Amok or Heretic?

Everytime the Heretic guys claim their band are original i have to laugh :D

Amok I imagine. Like em or not, Heretic at least aren't ripping off the same bands as everyone else.

Correct, I like both bands but if a member is going to have a bit of a stab at another about originality best to make sure you're not in the same boat.

It's good, i like it. The solo action is as sexy as Ol's sig pic and the rhythm picking is spot on as is the drumming, production-wise i'm gonna wait 'til it's released properly and have a listen to the whole thing before casting any further judgement. One thing though, with all the gunfire and battlefield noises at the start can we lay claim to being an influence?

Fuck it! Am fed up with being nice, and going along with general opinion. Theres too much of that goin on as far as im concerned. Originality. Ok, maybe shot myself in the foot a bit on that. However id be the first to admit that my band, Amok, are not exactly original or groundbreaking by any stretch. Fact is, im no into that tune. Its piss poor in my opinion for a band of evile's talent (and now) stature as one of the forerunners of uk thrash! Its that simple, hen.
Clearly im more built than you.

Yeah I agree with Stevo,i thought the track was pretty average. It's frustrating that people aren't critical enough of some of the bands when needed but we've seen in other threads that criticism can be taken too personally by some people (especially after theyve worked hard to write/record/produce/promote etc)

How many metal bands do you know that write about doing harm at football matches? If it was up to me we'd be singing about them little Games Workshop models.
