I haven't had much luck recently and have hit that point where everyone (almost) gets rated practically automatically. I have been doing it for about three weeks now but it only struck me today when I went for a run and saw this woman and I made a real effort to get a look in. Turns out she was about twenty-odd years too old.

Does anyone else get this in spurts? When I was seeing someone I really didn't check out every woman I saw. In fact, I checked out few. Now, however, everybody has potential. My brother used to think I was bullshitting when I said I didn't check out women on sight. Now I know why. Even if it's to say 'too young' or 'too old', it has to be done...

Basically, I'm a bit in hunter mode. God knows what's going to happen next weekend when I go out.

Your luck may be bad mate, but mine is just annoying. I got chatted up by 2 50+ year old women in 2 different pubs on the same night, a few weeks ago.

Last time I had a girlfriend I still looked. But the thought was less "Is she hot?" and more "Does she want me?". Working on a bar you get a few girls that seem like they're coming on to you, but it's difficult to know if they're just being friendly. The only ones that let you know they like you are the foul ones. Which bites.

As for the older women lovin', I pulled a chick who I guess to be about 40-45, although I never asked. She did say she was divorced after a 10 year marriage. That was funny. I also had a woman of about 50 trying to chat me up with the line "I'm old enough to be your mum". That was just wierd. I left.

My luck with the females is pathetic; I've never had a girlfriend, and I've only snogged a girl once, and that was because my mates paid her! (She wasn't even good looking, and I was hammered!). I'm nearly 20 years old dammit! I'm currently going to the gym twice a week to tone up, and I'm growing my hair (chicks love guys with long hair, right?). So hopefully my luck will increase slightly

Shit, glad I'm not the only one! I have had a girlfriend, once, but not much came of that really, except for me being mentally retarded for a couple of months afterwards, and, as much as I hate to use the word, I 'pulled' a not-so-pleasant woman in a horrible pub called The Harp when I was in rebound mode, and then got hounded by endless phone calls from this mad woman because I was an idiot and gave her my phone number because I didn't know what else to do, I felt it was rude to just say bye and run off! I'm not used to all that 'pulling' business you see. But everyone who I end up liking would 'rather just be friends', and it bloody pisses me off! And I'm nearly 22! I have decided that I'm just waiting for 'the right woman' to come along. Yes, that's right, that's exactly what I'm doing.
