It's a bit of a shame that they ruined their lives forever just because they were teenagers. Most of us will have made catastrophically-poor decisions when 16 (Metallica tattoo?! Why Iain, why?!) but I'm glad I stopped short of kicking a Goth to death...

In my defence, I was 16. I would say I now understand why there are certain things that you have to wait until you're 18 to do, but I don't think drinking should be one so I won't say it.
