Got a few bits, including a VIP tour of Anfield, a limited edition Star Wars print (geeky, but hey), a new wireless mouse, a few DVDs, a bottle of brandy and a bottle of ale, plus the obligatory sheep-related item (it's a tradition since I've been at university in Wales).

Best present was one me and my brother got for my parents - a new 32" Samsung flatscreen TV, we've been having to make do with an old 17" 4:3 because our old one bit the dust :D

Very nice. Did a tour of Anfield nine years ago. Took the wife there for our first wedding anniversary. Looked around the dressing rooms, touched the This is Anfield sign, touched the hallowed turf (even though you're not meant to but the guide was nice and let us anyway) and sat in then manager Gerard Houllier's matchday seat. Top way to spend a couple of hours.

Myself, I got Slayer's Soundtrack to the Apocalypse limited edition and numbered iron box, AC/DC's Backtracks CD/DVD set, some cash, a Liverpool FC calendar and a minature scale model of Yoda's light sabre from Revenge of the Sith.

What a wonderful day. Woke up, played some PS3. Watched a couple of episodes of the Sopranos. Ordered 'Secret Treaties' by the Blue Oyster Cult from hmv.co.uk. Ate some food. Watched Bad Santa, which was quite hilarious. Ate some more food. Watched three more episodes of the Sopranos (the last one being AJ's confirmation, where Pussy ends up in the bathroom crying and Christopher sitting on the stairs outside, what a bloody amazing and emotional bit of goodness). And now time to watch Inglorious Basterds. Season's greetings!
