I'm salivating already! What were everyone else's favourites from the compilation Ian posted last week? Loads of great stuff on there, but Sparta, Geddes Axe and Jameson Raid were definitely my highlights!

New Wave of Black Heavy metal! Couldn't resist. Well a lot of NWOBHM is rather sexy other bits are a bit dull.

The comp was loosely put together over a few beers with my mate Andy, but I let him have the final say as to what went on. No matter if it was a full DVD, there would be something missed off.

I wouldn't call this album NWOBHM, but it's certainly an epic metal classic, containing possibly the greatest metal song of all time.
