I think calling Arch Enemy death metal is stretching things a bit.
Out of those bands I'd probably vote for Entombed, even though Dismember have a more consistent back catalogue.

I saw entombed, dismember, grave and unleashed at walsall last year and even though they are not the best of the 4 on album, unleashed were the best live.
Still not as good as at the gates live tho
