I do use Firefox.

But for certain things, like MSN, IE is used... and also Firefox crashes every single time I try to watch video clips from the BBC News website.

So what do you use then? Safari? Konqueror? Opera?

To be fair, IE8 is supposed to be ACID2-compliant (the only 100% ACID2-compliant browser that I know of is Konqueror on Linux) but that's only in the beta stages so M$ have still got plenty of time to bodge it up like they did IE7.

There is actually no reason to use IE. At all. It has Tabs - so does Firefox. It can read RSS news feeds - so can Firefox. It isn't W3C standards compliant - Firefox is. It has an inbuilt search bar - so has Firefox. It needs weird CSS hacks to get stuff that is W3C compliant to display properly - Firefox doesn't. It looks horrible to use - Firefox doesn't. It doesn't have interchangeable themes - Firefox does. It doesn't have loads of custom add-ons (including spell-check dictionaries) that make life a lot easier - Firefox does.

I rest my case

They're all as shit as each other, you'll always encounter an error, you'll always find the coding wrong for whatever website you're doing, it'll always piss you off.

It really doesn't matter.

Except Firefox is safer, and those errors you experience? probably Internet Explorer's fault! I never get any errors or fucked up looking pages!!!
