Great day for football.
The irony being that Barnsley probably had more southern English players than Chelsea

Big game for Chesterfield tonight at home against MK Dons... we beat them last time, but we've been a bit dodgy recently. It's one we ideally need to win if we're in with a chance of getting to the playoffs.

I shall be watching. I try and get to watch Chesterfield whenever I go up there to see the in-laws but they always seem to be away (Chesterfield, not the in-laws).

Unlucky tonight. Looks like it's knackered any chance of automatic promotion but you could still easily make the play-offs. Hell, if you made the final I'd go to Wembley to watch it. The price of a play off final ticket would still be less than an average LFC game.

Wembley ticket prices are not too bad too be honest, my carling cup final ticket was only £38. Priceless to watch the scum get turned over in my opinion!!!!
Good to see a football thread though!!

Last night didn't piss me off too much, Chesterfield played really well - especially in the second half - I think that MK Dons were just superior, which is to be expected with their position in the league table. If we maintain the form of last night and the last couple of weeks or so I can see us getting into the playoffs no bother. Some miserable cunts were booing at the end of it, Chesterfield fans are right twats sometimes.
