Need a whole new thrash band in east yorkshire area

yea thats pretty much the same here! theres not enough metal heads here at all! just loadsa punks! it sucks!! i might have to start a crossover band with the swines

Nah, I hear that it's got an awesome metal community. I'm in the North West, which is full of smack heads and chavs. There's literally about 4 metal heads in my town that are into proper metal, me my bro and 2 fat bastards, one of which has moved to Wales... which makes it 3. Shite.

Depends where you go, places like Cheltenham and Bristol have really good metal communities for sure. But places like Exeter fucking SUCK. In general though, i'd say the South West community is good, we have Rager.

Yeah but with punk I think it comes down to things like stamina rather than technique. If you listen to the CD of the last ever Ramones gig they're playing unbelievably fast. Marky Ramone (drummer) was doing hi-hat 8th note beats at upwards of 260bpm and he kept it up for a whole show.

yea true! that is pretty impressive! there is some real good punk! the exploited are pretty good and so are the casualties!! generally not my thing though
