you've already figured out how to play the song then??

No, but I've had to spend a lot of time listening to and scrutinizing things for various things like school or grade exams and I know exactly what's going on in that riff. It's pedestrian.

Meh. An improvement yes, still doesn't really tick many kick-ass boxes...

Well done lads on finally getting the EP done, I look forward to hearing the finished product. I'm sure you are well aware that you are not re-inventing thrash with "Forced Faith" but as generic goes it's well played and the riffs more than do the job and the fast bit err rages. Thumbs up from me!

I agree with what Ian said but I like it, the riffs will definitely get people headbanging. I think that it sounds a little messy at times but hopefully the actual mix will sort this out.

Me like. The first bit reminds me a lot of a particular Slayer song but I can't quite put my finger on it, even though its well ripped off.

had to wait a little too long for the fast bit which is the better part of the song for me, but theres promise there. As for the originality argument, i am happy to listen to generic stuff if it is well done, and its a fact that too many bands that strive for originality end up being bollocks to be honest!!

True, true, and I can definitely hear some potentional in our friends Rager, and there are some promising moments in that new track. I just think if you're doing a typical thrash style of music, you need to inject some character into it to keep it interesting, and that's what I think this lacks. But I suppose that's something that comes over time anyway, you're only young lads boys, so just keep thrashing!

 No problem, didn't mean to sound patronising or anything! I just looked at my last post and thought it was a bit more negative than I meant it to be, so there you go. :rockdevil:

I liked it, sounds great to me. Of course, if I were to call that boring and pedestrian, I'd make damned sure before I did that my own stuff sounded vaguely interesting... or at least have the sense to take down the link.
