I actually come on here every three or four months but never post anything because that would just be pointless. I still see the Amok guys from time to time but I get the impression that the thrash scene in the UK has died. What happened?!

The sad thing from my point of view is that this forum was always far more entertaining than the scene it was meant to serve. I found that posting on here became redundant when people started spitting the dummy and going off at the likes of me, Lev and MartinC for basically offering little, if any, constructive input to the scene whilst overloading the forum with immature, yet grammatically sound posts.

Does anyone still listen to thrash the way the did when they were between the ages of 16 and 20? I occasionally listen to Anthrax and Megadeth but was borderline ashamed at some of the shite I found going through old CDs recently. Holy Terror?! More like... pish!

I disagree! It seems every month now theres at least 2 or 3 decent thrash shows all over the UK. Would be nice if more people showed up and raged though

There are some good ones I'll admit, but a lot of the thrash being played is stale in my opinion. I'm also fucking poor, so there's that.
