Well, while it probably wouldn't make too much of a difference, I don't think it would do any harm to try and make the MySpace look a bit more pro, making it nicer to look at would be a good thing. Still, as long as the necessary info is there (and the link to the podcast!) I guess it doesn't matter too much, as you say it's just about getting people's attention and getting them over here. But, again, I reckon making the MySpace really good will do a better job in catching the attention of people when you try and add them as friends, maybe.

Surely you should just print stupid amounts off, and send them to people to distribute in their area?

I just realised I posted at the same time as everyone else, I'm actually replying to about 3 posts before me. But it doesn't really matter anyway, no one really cares. Yes, printing flyers, lovely. If you need any help James, maybe set up a paypal donation thing and we can try and contribute towards costs for flyers and t-shirts!

I think the podcast really needs an eye-catching logo - as hilarious as its current Myspace image is, it doesn't really sell it very well I've put it in top friends, I'm sure we can feature a link/description on the page itself too.

I see what you're saying Jon about the pro look, but I don't think it's a huge priority - I don't personally spend much time at all looking at the design of other people's pages, I just pay attention if it's a topic that interests me, or ignore it if not. I think having the new flyer as the profile pic works quite nicely on an eye-catching level, and like I said I've just whored the flyer on hundreds of profiles.

I'm sure it can't be that difficult to do a Repka-esque thing for UK Thrash. As long as you don't end up with something that looks like a crude children's drawing done in felt-tip pen a la Bangers and Thrash...
