Christmas is coming

Postby jonny_boy34 on Mon Sep 15, 2008 7:42 pm

Winter is in the air, I can smell it. Jesus almighty, that came around bloody quickly. I hate christmas, but sometimes love it, but mostly hate it. Bloody hell.

I had a quite good Christmas last year... except my ex-girlfriend was trying to ruin it by being horrible to me but then on New Year's Eve I got my revenge. I love Christmas, I think. I get more excited about New Years Eve though for some reason.

I'm not bothered about Christmases any more because I'm 22, i.e. too old to be getting things you actually need and want rather than leather gloves and those umbrellas that fold down to the size of... a juvenile horse's cock. New Year's Eve 2007/08 was possibly the most drunk I've ever been actually: I started boozing at around 6pm and drank through until 3am. I was so hungover that I refused wine with my lunch on New Year's Day.

New Year's Eve is definitely more fun. Last year my christmas was absolutely rubbish (meaning this year's is bound to be a little bit better), new years was a little bit better, although I had to work on new years day so that was annoying. Last week I was in the co-op and I saw a box of christmas biscuits for sale, I couldn't believe it. And all the little leaflets for christmas fun got posted to the pub last week. Once again, I couldn't believe it.

Don't toy with my emotions. I was in ASDA on Saturday getting booze and I didn't see them. It's generally places where poor people shop - like Woolworths - that are the first to get their arses in gear for Christmas. It's really the only day of the year which has a three-month build-up.

That is nothing, in our local bowling alley they had a Christmas tree up.

In August.

I am not really a fan of either Christmas or New Year. Although i did enjoy the new years party I had at my old house a few years back.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

For the last few New Years I have been to an orchestral concert with my extended family in Loughborough.

Wait, Jesus fucking Christ, I need to get a life!!!!!

No, i am not really sure when that was.

I don't even think it was new year.
